Prince George has been named the most stylish child, beating Beyoncé and Jay Z’s little girl Blue Ivy and Alesha Dixon’s daughter Azura. The young Prince, third-in-line to the throne and son of Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, won 23% of the vote.

And it’s not simply that he’s a well-dressed tyke — the baby prince is actually affecting business in the children’s wear industry so much so that eager parents can’t even get their hands on items he’s been spotted wearing.

The well-noted “Kate effect” has been a boone for many clothiers – like Canadian designers Smythe Les Vestes- who’ve found widespread success after their wares were spotted on the Duchess of Cambridge. Will the George effect be as powerful as the young prince grows?
